Part-Time Office Team Member
(1 or 2 days per week, 6 to 12 hours per week)

We are currently interviewing for a part-time Team Member. This position can choose one day per week Monday through Saturday, and if you want to work Sundays as well, we can add that shift. We do need you to have the availability to cover for other Team Members Monday through Saturday, as necessary for appointments, vacations, etc. 

Office Hours 9 am to 2 pm (on site):

Team Members are expected to be on site during office hours on their designated work days. Extra time outside Office Hours will be required for work at home, special projects, and/or to get caught up.

Occasionally as needed to accommodate customers, Team Members will meet prospects / customers at the property outside regular office hours. All time spent on property, answering phones, running errands, or with customers or prospects is paid time.

Although Team Members have designated work days, Team Members must be available to work Monday through Saturday to cover for other Team Members as needed (appointments, vacation, etc.) .

This is a one-person per shift job, which means there is no one else to cover the shift. Just you. Team Members are expected to open for business on time and to work the full 9 am – 2 pm shift in the office on their designated work days. If you get sick or have things that just “come up” often, this position will not be a good fit for you.

Business Hours 9 am to 6 pm (on phone)

Team Members are are expected to answer phone calls during business hours during their designated work days. We serve our customers at their convenience, so this requires some work outside office hours and at home. Typically, this adds 30-60 minutes per designated day.

Position Compensation:

This position starts on a 30 day trial basis and pays $13 per hour. Pay period is monthly and runs the 16th through 15th.


  • Live in Jarrell close to property

  • Computer Skills - typing skills required, most customer interactions must be noted in their account history

  • Customer Service Skills - in person, on phone, by email

  • Very detailed with good organizational skills

  • Laptop and internet at home that will be used for work frequently

  • Good grammar and spelling in correspondence

  • Sense of urgency to get work done today

  • Problem-Solver - willing to own tasks until resolved

  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

  • Must consent to background check and drug testing

  • Happy and smiling, honest and caring

Work Tasks:

  • Solving problems daily - people and property

  • Daily phone calls, texts, and emails to and from customers, including collecting past due amounts from customers

  • Answering phone calls, texts, and emails - communicating with customers about miscellaneous issues

  • Leasing storage units and parking spaces to customers

  • Keeping property grounds, storage units, and office very clean

    - sweeping and picking up trash weekly
    - picking up metal, screws, nails, etc. daily
    - killing weeds weekly
    - killing wasp nests
    - cleaning office and bathroom weekly

  • Driving errands - post office, bank, supplies

  • Special projects
